Stephen M. Raper
VICE PRESIDENT
Stephen is a founding member of the organization, contributing his heart from our inception. Stephen assists Step By Step Worldwide Ministries in the States where he demonstrates Godly leadership, faithful support, and a passion for the Lord and our children. It has been an encouragement to him, seeing from our small beginnings, how the Lord has worked in the lives of so many, through this ministry.
Stephen is now enjoying a successful 30+ year career as an Occupational Safety and Health professional with BAE Systems.
He and his wife Katharyn live in Epsom, New Hampshire where they enjoy all the beauty the Granite State has to offer.

John Michael Stainsby
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
In 2012, John retired from a successful and rewarding 30 year career in the Automotive parts industry.
With his wife Connie, they founded this ministry of God's love the very same year. They now reside in Ghana full-time with the children, at the Step By Step Home for Children with Special Needs. Because of their love for the Lord, they have faithfully devoted the rest of their lives in service to Him.
It is John's belief that God's word "Love never fails" - 1 Corinthians 13:8, will be the catalyst and sure foundation that takes Step By Step to other nations and ultimately "Worldwide."

Paul Erickson
SECRETARY/TREASURER
Paul is a founding member of SBSWM, and has been involved in the formation of our ministry from the very beginning. He has contributed unto the Lord faithfully in helping build SBSWM for more than a decade.
He and his beloved wife, Linda, have established a legacy of Christ's love in support of foreign missions; and their experience and guidance have helped our organization grow. Paul served our country with a long and prosperous career in the U.S. Army.
Paul and Linda reside in the Concord, New Hampshire area, where they are now enjoying retirement.
